FIRST DRIVE: 2010 LEXUS IS Convertible - wow!

In typical "it just keeps getting better" Lexus fashion, the IS line is now joined by a convertible - the IS-C, completely new from the ground up. It's every ounce an IS, and every drop a Lexus.

It's quickly becoming the hottest new Cabriolet in the world. From the front, it looks just like an IS sedan. The rear is a bit different from the sedan, but still recognizable as an IS. Open motoring is accomplished with ease - its automatic folding hard top opens in just a few seconds.

Offered are two engine and transmission choices, trim levels and GPS navigation. Also available is an assortment of "F" performance accessories. Prices start at $38,450 for the IS 250, and we averaged better than 30-mpg during our test.
